Guests or Prospective Members are welcome on hikes with conditions. All guests or prospective members must be pre-approved and assigned to a hike through the Hike Leader or Hike Director. A member cannot sign up a guest and a prospective member cannot sign themselves up for a hike. Additionally each guest or prospective member must have completed and filled out the two forms listed below before asking the Hike Leader or Hike Director to participate in a hike. Grand Hikers Club wants to ensure a great experience for any hiker so we must ensure the participants are physically ready and able to participate and they understand the risks associated with hiking in Arizona.
1) Please fill out the following 2 forms and then contact the Hike Director at grandhikersclub+hikedirector@gmail.com about participating in a hike. If you are interested in joining Grandhikers Club now, please contact the Membership Director at grandhikersclub+membership@gmail.com.
2) Please print out and complete the following Emergency Information Document and bring to your first hike.
